At Starlight Farms, everything begins with curiosity—about our food, our land, and the world beyond. What started as a personal journey to understand the soil beneath our feet and the ingredients on our plates has grown into something more: a farm rooted in quality, sustainability, and community.
We believe in thoughtful farming—raising chickens with care, growing food in rich, healthy soil, and ensuring that what we harvest is as good for the land as it is for the people who enjoy it. Every egg, every mushroom, and every bite tells a story of American-grown goodness.
And when the day’s work is done, we turn our gaze upward. As amateur astronomers, we spend our nights harvesting starlight, reminding ourselves that nature’s majesty exists both in the ground we nurture and the sky we admire.

Harvesting Light, Day and Night.
By day, the sun—our closest star—nourishes our plants, mushrooms, and animals, fueling their growth with energy and vitality. By night, we look to the distance stars, using their light to guide our stargazing and astrophotography. Our mission is simple: to harvest the light from the stars, whether it’s the sunlight that sustains our farm or the starlight that inspires our curiosity and exploration.
Our Mentors & Partners
One of the first—and most important—lessons we learned on this journey is that you can’t do it alone. From the very beginning, we’ve been incredibly fortunate to be guided, supported, and uplifted by generous mentors and partners who welcomed us into their world. They shared their knowledge, opened their farms and hearts, let us shadow them through the seasons, and offered wisdom we carry with us every day.
